SODIUM SYANIDE
a white, water-soluble solid. Cyanide has a high affinity for metals, which leads to the high toxicity of this salt.
NICKEL CHLORIDE
an anhydrous yellow salt , but the more familiar hydrate is green. it is the most important source of nickel for chemical synthesis.
